What is your shipping policy?

Standard Shipping is provided in your order. Processing time varies per object, can be disclosed upon request. .

DOMESTIC

Shipping can be changed via checkout for any or all items. If you have any problems email us info@214st.com.

INTERNATIONAL

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

How do I order wholesale?

Send us an inquiry for wholesale via this contact form with the subject line "Wholesale Order"

 

Digital Downloads, how?

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with instructions once your payment is processed. 

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days of scheduled delivery. All items must be shipped back within 30 days of scheduled delivery.

I don't accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
